Professional Development and Event Cancellation Policy
Substitution
If, after booking, you are unable to attend, you can nominate a substitution
Please advise substitutions via email. Substitutions can only be made up to 24 hours before the start of the event.
If you cannot attend and would like a refund, requests must be in writing to info@teacherstoleaders.com.au
Cancellation more than 30 days before the Seminar: 100% refund of the fees
Cancellation 30 days or less, but more than 7 days, before the Event: 80% refund of the fees
Cancellation 10 days or less before the event: no refund
